2019 ~ New HVAC System Installed
(Grant from MHAA and fundraising).  The implementation of the Preservation Plan for Tucker House
2020 ~  House Painting of Exterior Rear of the House (addition & hyphen)
Brick repointing
Roof replacement on door way to the Addition

2021 ~ Relocating materials from Second Floor Storage to reduce weight on the second floor

2022-2025  Preservation Plan
Interior Plaster & Paint repairs 
Correcting structural changes
Exterior paint and stain
Dormer, Windows and Entry repairs 
Front Door Restoration 
Replace Signs 

 

2024 - Repairs to windows and the exterior painting of  Facade completed through a generous grant from the QAC Commissioners


Tucker House is now open for tours on the first Saturday of each month, April - December.
